happy friday! i’m leaving you all with some astounding work from ladyfingers letterpress. every project they work on is absolutely beautiful and inspiring. this announcement they worked on for nole at oh so beautiful paper is, quite possibly, my favorite project they’ve created. this was letterpress love at first sight. the lettering, the colors, the constellations. i was blown away by it all. add to it the fact that morgan and arley-rose made the announcement into a planisphere… well, that’s something extra special, right there.
i’ve been interested in working on a project dealing with celestial beings and that desire has been reawakened, thanks to their work. so in addition to figuring out what my personal commandments and monthly goals are this weekend, i’m going to take some time and explore some ideas in regards to the stars, the universe, the galaxy… i’m geeking out just thinking about it!
what are your plans for the weekend? is anyone else jumping into a scholarly pursuit of sorts (oh, that’s just me?)? i wish you all a fantastic weekend! be present, be mindful, live in the moment. ;)
